V-Smart Vinyl Cutter, on the carriage, the electromagnetic push blade down, and the spring is to lift it back up again. If stuck, can be: the blade tip out too long so it stuck on the material or spring loses strength (take it out pull it), or those mechanical place jams (adjust, clean and lubricant)
