How To Do Picture Rotary Engraving!
Steps:
Import a picture
Keep default settings, make sure flat engraving is working well
(Suggestion) Use "Fixed DPI"
(Suggestion) Use 500 x 500
(Suggestion) Enable "Two Way Scanning"
(Suggestion) Dotting Time 0.12 to 0.15 ms
Higher DPI achievies higher picture resolution (if picture is HD)
(Suggestion) Set Power to 40%
(Suggestion) Set speed to 1000 mm/s
Try engrave on flat surfaces first to get best possible quality
For rotary, select "Movement Axis" -> "Split Mark"
Extended Axis is X or Y, depends on how you placed the rotary attachment
(Suggestion) Movement from 0.1 to 0.2mm
Check Config(F3)
Enable "Enable Reduction Ratio"
Most of our Rotary Attachment is Ratio 1
For "Number of Pulses" normally 25600, or 12800
Enable "Reversal" if picture is reversed
Enable "Mark By Dividing Line"
